Can you build a custom home on a lot I already own?
Yes. We build ground-up custom homes on your land throughout Savannah, Richmond Hill, Pooler, and the Lowcountry, collaborating with your architect or ours from site work to final walkthrough.
How involved will I be during the project?
As involved as you want to be. You get one dedicated point of contact, regular updates, and a clean, respectful job site — so you always know what's happening and feel comfortable every step of the way.
Do you work with clients who have a specific budget in mind?
